Job Title: Solution Consultant (HCM Functional Consultant)Location: PuneExperience Range: 3-12 YearsQualification: BE/Btech/Any equivalent Bachelor's degreeRole overview:- Engage with our clients directly or indirectly to understand their business needs regarding the HCM implementation of various modules. - Leverage your knowledge and experience to consult on best practices and assist clients (directly or through some onsite person) in designing and building a solution that meets their needs - Utilize your technical aptitude to re-configure our software solution and solve moderately complex issues - Work cross-functionally and amongst a team on new client implementation, upgrade, and change order projects - Drive consistency into delivery practices by leveraging implementation experience to define processes and best practices for the services organization - Ability to work in a business required shift (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM/ 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM)Key responsibilities:- Extensive domain experience in implementing HCM or WFM software. - Experience with various HCM modules- Core HR, Absence, Payroll, etc. - Global HCM Implementation experience would be an add-on - Proven knowledge of SQL, SDLC & AGILE methodologies. - Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. - Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and changing environments. - Excellent communication and consulting skills.If you are a seasoned professional with a passion for workforce management and a track record of delivering high-quality solutions, we would love to hear from you.
