If you thrive in an Agile environment and have experience leading multiple scrum teams while ensuring seamless collaboration, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:- Liaison & Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and transparency in deliverables across multiple scrum teams (pods). - Agile Process Management: Lead daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives, driving consistency and performance across multiple teams. - Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable User Stories, Use Cases, Functional Requirements, and Acceptance Criteria. - Product Backlog Management: Utilize Jira to maintain and manage the product backlog, track progress, and ensure traceability from requirements through to delivery. - Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly communicate with clients to validate requirements, gather feedback, and provide timely progress updates. - Collaboration Across Teams: Partner closely with developers, QA, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to ensure delivery meets business goals and user needs. - Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and process flows using tools like Balsamiq, Figma, and Adobe XD to visually support requirement clarity and enhance the development process. - UAT & Quality Assurance: Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure final product delivery aligns with business objectives and requirements. - Documentation & Reporting: Ensure all project documentation is kept up-to-date, maintaining accuracy and completeness throughout the project lifecycle.Required Skills & Experience:- 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, ideally in Agile/Scrum environments. - Proven experience in managing multiple scrum teams or pods with a focus on cross-team collaboration and alignment. - Strong proficiency in Jira for managing requirements, work items, and product backlogs. - In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. - Expertise in gathering, documenting, and managing functional and non-functional requirements. - Hands-on experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Balsamiq, Figma, or Adobe XD. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and client-facing skills. - Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
