Center Head (MBA/Science Background)

The client is in the Healthcare Education industry and is looking to hire a Center Head for their upcoming center at Pune.Role :The Center Head will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the entire center while driving business performance, service excellence, and profitability. This role carries full ownership of the center’s P&L, ensuring revenue growth, cost optimization, and sustainable operations. The Center Head will lead, motivate, and develop teams while ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance, and business objectives are consistently met.Key Responsibilities:1. Business & P&L Management:- Own the center’s P&L and deliver revenue, profitability, and growth targets. - Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization. - Develop and implement strategies to increase business volumes and improve margins.2. Operations Management:- Oversee end-to-end operations of the center ensuring efficiency, productivity, and service excellence. - Establish, monitor, and improve SOPs to maintain high operational standards. - Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.3. People Leadership & Team Development:- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams including operations, sales, support, and administration. - Drive a performance-oriented culture with clear KPIs and accountability. - Build capability through training, coaching, and succession planning.4. Customer & Stakeholder Management:- Ensure superior customer experience and service quality. - Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and key stakeholders. - Act as the face of the center for both internal and external engagements.5.
