This is an individual contributor role with complete ownership of the sales lifecycle.Key Responsibilities- Acquire new clients in corporate interiors and commercial real estate. - Lead the complete sales cycle: pitching, solutioning, proposals, negotiations, and closure. - Build a strong, qualified pipeline through outreach, networking, research, and events. - Maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. - Deliver tailored presentations and proposals using Flipspaces’ VR-tech platform. - Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project delivery. - Meet and exceed revenue and sales targets. - Maintain CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and reporting discipline.Required Experience- 5–8 years in B2B sales, interior solutions, workspace design, real estate solutions, or corporate sales. - Proven experience in closing mid-to-large value deals independently.Education- Postgraduate degree in Marketing or Business Management from a Tier 1 institute .Skills- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
