You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, managing projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong relationships to drive satisfaction and business growth.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management - Serve as the main liaison between clients and Bandish Productions. - Build, maintain, and grow strong client relationships. - Understand client expectations and ensure smooth communication. - Handle client escalations professionally and offer timely solutions.Project & Workflow Management - Gather detailed project briefs and communicate them to the internal teams (video, sound, graphics, etc.). - Plan and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and on-time delivery. - Track project progress and update clients regularly.Creative & Production Coordination - Support clients in defining creative directions, concepts, and execution plans. - Participate in internal brainstorming sessions and guide teams based on client requirements. - Review drafts, edits, and outputs before sharing with clients.Operation & Documentation - Prepare quotations, proposals, and timelines. - Maintain project documentation, communication logs, and approvals. - Assist in billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.Client Satisfaction & Retention - Ensure high-quality service experience throughout the project lifecycle. - Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities for Bandish Productions’ services. - Conduct post-project feedback and address improvement areas.Required Skills & Competencies: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong understanding of media production processes (video editing, animation, sound design, graphics). - Good project management and coordination abilities. - Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple projects. - Client-handling experience, preferably in a creative or production agency. - Time management and deadline-oriented approach. - Professional email etiquette.Qualification & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, Media, Marketing, or related field. - 3–5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or production coordination. - Experience in media/production agencies preferred.Additional Expectations: - Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-moving production schedules. - Willingness to work closely with creative, technical, and operations teams. - Positive attitude and team-player mindset.How to Apply Kindly share your resume, along with a cover letter highlighting your client servicing experience and achievements, atrecruitment@
