German Analyst

Job Summary:The German Language Analyst will be responsible for supporting business operations by handling German-language data, communication, and documentation. The role involves analyzing, and interpreting business information while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. The analyst will serve as a bridge between German-speaking stakeholders and internal teams in India.Key Responsibilities:- Review, interpret, and translate German-language documents, emails, and reports into English (and vice versa) with high accuracy. - Communicate with German-speaking clients, vendors, or internal stakeholders to resolve queries or gather information. - Perform data validation, analysis, and entry tasks in ERP/CRM tools (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, etc.). - Support business operations such as order processing, vendor management, or financial documentation as required. - Ensure that service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards are consistently met. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency. - Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in all communications and documentation. - Provide linguistic and cultural insights to ensure smooth communication with German counterparts.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Arts, Commerce, or Business). - Language Proficiency: - German Language Certification — B1 or higher - Strong command of written and spoken English.Technical Skills:- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Familiarity with ERP tools (SAP preferred).Soft Skills:- Strong analytical and communication skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. - Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Preferred Experience:- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role involving German language support (e.g., Shared Services, BPO, Procurement, or Customer Service). - Experience working with European clients or in multinational environments.Employment Type: Full-timeWork Mode: On-site- Shift: General
