PMO Manager – HR Tech

We are hiring a PMO Manager (HR Tech) to lead HR system implementations, integrations, and compliance processes. The ideal candidate has strong HR tech knowledge, experience working on TCS Chroma, and the ability to manage projects on tight timelines.Key Responsibilities- Manage HR tech projects: implementations, enhancements, integrations. - Work across enhancing or implementing HRIS, ATS, RMS, and attendance/payroll systems. - Coordinate with IT & vendors for configurations, testing, UAT, and go-live. - Prepare PMO documentation, trackers, and dashboards. - Own HR policy creation, updates, and governance. - Manage compliance processesRequirements- 5+ years of experience in HR Tech / HR systems / PMO. - Strong working knowledge of TCS Chroma. - Experience in system integrations and HR process alignment. - Preferably an ex-Bajaj Finance employee with TCS implementation experience. - B.Tech/Engineering preferred; MBA optional. - Must be Pune-based or ready to relocate
