Key Responsibilities• Deliver structured and practical training on Functional Business Analytics. • Teach learners how to understand business processes and translate them into actionable requirements. • Guide participants through Agile, Scrum, JIRA, Kanban, and documentation best practices. • Walk learners through BRD, FRD, use cases, user stories, and workflows. • Conduct hands-on sessions using JIRA, Confluence, and BA tools. • Present real-world case studies and assign practical projects. • Support learners with clear explanations and feedback.
