Role :Senior Associate- Workers Compensation Job Location:Allianz Services, Kharadi, Pune Mode of work:WFO Experience :2 to 6 years Shift:Night Shift, 5.30/6.30 pm + 9 hours Skills : Workers' compensation, General Insurance, Graduate , Excellent Communication skills Qualifications: Strong understanding of workers' compensation insurance policies and classification codes. Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in premium auditing, specifically in workers' compensation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audit software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive audits of policyholders' financial records to verify payroll and classification codes for workers' compensation policies. Analyze data and documentation to ensure compliance with state regulations and company guidelines. Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate findings to policyholders and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with underwriting and claims departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate premium calculations. Provide guidance and support to policyholders regarding audit procedures and requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to workers' compensation premium audits.
