Locations:Pune & Trivandrum (Hybrid) Experience:10–15 years Notice Period:Immediate Joiners / Serving Notice Only ️Role: BMP Architect (Technical / Solution) We’re looking for an experiencedBMP Architect (Technical / Solution)to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise applications within the Allianz BPM (Business Process Management) ecosystem. As a part of Claidroid’s elite engineering team, you’ll combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic solution design to drive delivery excellence for large-scale insurance and financial applications. Key Responsibilities Design and overseeBMP / Modernized OPUSarchitecture aligned with Allianz global IT standards. Providetechnical consultancyand guidance to Agile teams on architecture best practices and technology stack. Drivesolution design, integration architecture,and ensure technical integrity of all components. Lead efforts inMicroservices ,Java Spring Boot ,MongoDB ,Kafka ,Cloud (AWS/Azure) , andContainerenvironments. Participate inPI planning, Sprint 0,and client demos. Mentor development teams, review deliverables, and assure adherence to coding and security standards. Produce and maintain architecture artefacts— decision logs, sequence diagrams, component interaction diagrams. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and GenAI-assisted development. Skills & Experience 10–15 years in software development; 3+ years in Architecture or Technical Leadership roles. Expertise inMicroservice Architecture ,Cloud Deployments (AWS/Azure) , andModern Web Application Frameworks . Hands-on withJava Spring Boot, Angular, MongoDB, Kafka, GitHub Actions, Jira, Sonar, ArgoCD . Strong understanding ofNFRs (Security, Performance, Scalability) . Familiarity withACM Processes, BPM Platforms , and Agile methodologies (Scrum / SAFe). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Qualification Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / SAFe certifications preferred. ⚡Immediate Joiners Only!
