If you’ve worked withCRM-based software (Zoho, Freshworks), inValue-Based Care, orPopulation Health Management, this could be your next big move.What You’ll Work On Translate product vision into clear, actionable requirements and user stories Manage and prioritize the product backlog while collaborating with UX, engineering, and client-facing teams Drive Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups Collaborate with UX designers to deliver user-centric, compliant healthcare products Measure product performance and continuously improve using data-driven insights Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all product-related asks from internal teams and clients Stay on top of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in healthcare and AIWhat You Bring 2–5 yearsof experience as aProduct Owner/Product Managerin tech or healthcare Hands-on exposure toCRM systems,Value-Based Care, orPopulation Health Management Understanding of theUS healthcare ecosystem,EHRs/HIE, and regulatory frameworks Working knowledge ofAgile methodologies,user testing, and stakeholder collaboration Strong analytical and data-driven mindset — bonus if you can write SQL queries Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Agile certification (CSPO or equivalent) preferred Familiarity withBI tools,LLMs/AI in healthcare, orVBC workflowsis a plusLocation:Pune (Work from Office) Experience:2–5 years Domain:HealthTech / Product ManagementIf you’re someone who enjoys blendingproduct thinking, healthcare innovation, and user empathy, this is the role for you.If you’ve worked onCRM systems, Value Based Domain, or population health management, this role’s for you.
