The ideal candidate will be hands-on in designing and scalingAI-based video and image analytics products , with end-to-end ownership from architecture to deployment.Key Responsibilities: LeadAI product development lifecycle– from design inception to QA and release. Build and optimizeaudio-video data pipelinesfor real-time image and video analytics. Drivemodel training, tuning, and optimizationfor AI vision models. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical and product goals. Hire, mentor, and manage a small, high-performing AI engineering team.Required Skills: 5–6 years of experience inAI, Computer Vision, and Image Analytics . Strong programming skills inPythonandGolang/Rust . Hands-on experience withVector Databasesand large-scale data processing.
