The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end payroll operations, statutory compliance, financial documentation, and reporting with a strong focus on accuracy, timelines, and compliance.This role requires hands-on expertise in Zoho Books/Zoho Payroll, statutory compliance knowledge (PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Income Tax), payroll MIS, reconciliations, and employee settlement calculations.Job Details & Compensation- Position: Finance Associate - Location: Baner, Pune - Work Mode: On-site, 5 days/week - Work Hours: 12 PM – 9 PM IST - Experience: 5 – 6 Years - Salary: 7 – 8 LPA - Joining: Immediate joiners preferredKey Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for monthly cycles with high accuracy and confidentiality - Maintain and update employee payroll records in Zoho Books / Zoho Payroll including earnings, deductions, reimbursements, and adjustments - Handle statutory compliance filing: - PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF, Gratuity, TDS & Income Tax - Prepare and verify payroll MIS reports, attendance inputs, salary registers, wage sheets, fund transfers, and payroll journal entries - Coordinate with HR for new joiner data, exits, salary revisions, and full & final settlements - Monitor and ensure timely deposit of statutory payments and filing of monthly/quarterly/annual returns - Assist in company tax filing, audits, ledger reconciliations, and financial closing activities - Maintain accurate financial documentation as per audit and compliance standards - Address payroll-related employee queries with clarity and professionalism - Contribute to process improvement initiatives for efficiency and complianceQualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field - 5 – 6 years of hands-on accounting and payroll experience, preferably in an organized corporate environment - Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books / Zoho Payroll (mandatory) - In-depth understanding of PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and payroll tax regulations - Experience preparing and analyzing payroll MIS reports and maintaining supporting documentation - Strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiencyPreferred Skills- End-to-end Payroll Management - Zoho Books / Zoho Payroll Expertise - Statutory Compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, TDS, LWF) - Payroll MIS Reporting & Reconciliation - Financial Documentation & Audit Support - Strong Attention to Detail & Accuracy - Problem-Solving and Analytical Ability - Clear & Professional Communication - Ability to Handle Confidential Information ResponsiblyPerks & Benefits- Family Health Insurance - Provident Fund (PF) Benefits - Night Shift Allowance - Monthly Rewards & Recognition - Engaging Work Culture & Team Activities
