We are seeking a seasonedBusiness Systems Analyst (BSA)with deep expertise in theProperty & Casualty (P&C) Insurance industry. The ideal candidate will possess strongSQL skills, experience working withdata warehouses, and a sharp analytical mindset to drive business and technical solutions.Key Responsibilities Conduct stakeholder analysis and lead requirement gathering sessions to align with business priorities. Manage stakeholder relationships throughout the product lifecycle. Prepare detailed business and technical documentation. Collaborate with QA teams to define and support test strategies. Create and manage product backlog, sprint backlog, user stories, system diagrams, and data flow diagrams. Plan and execute change management strategies. Required Skills Proven experience as aBusiness Systems Analystin theP&C Insurance domain. Advanced proficiency inSQLand data analysis. Strong understanding ofdata modeling,data mapping, andinternal system integration. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience withAgile methodologiesand aproduct mindset.Preferred Skills Familiarity with insurance processes includingClaims Processing,Underwriting,Reinsurance,Billing, andPolicy/Form Generation.
