Our mission is to make owning, managing, and building on domains simple and affordable for everyone.We’re building the next generation of AI-powered website and domain tools — and we’re looking for a hands-on Quality Assurance Engineer to own our QA process end-to-end as we scale our global platform.Role OverviewYou’ll be the foundation of Sav’s QA practice in India. This is a key, high-ownership role — you’ll define our QA standards, execute manual testing across a range of physical devices, and work with developers to build and maintain fast, reliable automated tests. You’ll ensure our releases meet the highest standards for speed, stability, and user experience.Responsibilities- Define, document, and continually evolve QA criteria across Sav’s web and mobile platforms. - Own manual testing processes for cross-browser, cross-device, and regression testing. - Create and manage test plans, test cases, and bug-tracking workflows. - Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria before release. - Establish and maintain automated test suites for regression and integration testing. - Work with CI/CD pipelines to run automated tests and provide quick feedback to developers. - Track and analyze QA metrics to improve release quality over time. - Lead device testing coverage — ensuring testing on real devices for major browsers and operating systems. - Support the onboarding of future QA engineers and shape the long-term QA roadmap.Requirements- 3+ years of professional QA experience in a software or SaaS environment. - Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) and REST APIs. - Experience with QA tools such as Postman, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar. - Proven experience writing and executing test cases and documenting bugs clearly. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.). - Experience testing across browsers and devices (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS). - Excellent communication and organization skills. - A proactive, ownership-driven mindset — you don’t just follow test plans, you build them.
