About the Role: Founders OfficeFounder’s Office will work directly with the Co-Founder to support, monitor, and streamline day-to-day operational activities. This role requires strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of business operations and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the Co-Founder and the Operations team, ensuring alignment, timely updates, and smooth execution of tasks across departments.Company Description:Ghar Soaps is a skin care brand based in Pune, dedicated to simplifying skin care routines for effective results. Our brand's mission is to make skin care simple and accessible to all individuals. With a focus on natural ingredients and straightforward products, Ghar Soaps aims to enhance the skin care experience for customers.Key Responsibilities:- Shadow the Co-Founder in all operations-related activities and assist in execution and follow-ups. - Act as a liaison between the Co-Founder and the Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams, ensuring seamless coordination and communication. - Track and monitor daily operational KPIs and share regular updates with the Founder. - Strategic Decision making & involvement with Board Members. - Support strategic projects such as process improvements, vendor coordination, and cost optimization. - Identify bottlenecks in workflows and proactively suggest data-backed solutions. - Conduct research, data analysis, and operational benchmarking to support decision-making. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Production, Packaging, Dispatch, and Finance) to ensure alignment on priorities.Qualifications & Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration. - Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM in Operations or SCM) preferred.Skills & Competencies:- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (dashboards, reporting, data analysis). - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - High attention to detail with a structured and process-oriented mindset. - Strong organizational and coordination skills. - Analytical thinker with the ability to turn data into insights. - Ability to multitask and work closely with leadership under tight timelines. - Strong sense of ownership, confidentiality, and accountability.
