Proficiency inincome calculation, DTI, LTV, andcredit risk analysis. Expertise inlive underwriting,underwriting specialist, orcore underwritingfunctions. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Immediate joiners preferred.Key Responsibilities: Performend-to-end underwritingfor US and/or UK mortgage applications. Conduct detailedincome calculation,DTI (Debt-to-Income), andLTV (Loan-to-Value)analysis. Review credit, collateral, and compliance documents to ensure accuracy. Make sound credit decisions aligned withclient and regulatory standards. Handlelive underwriting queuesand provide real-time decisions. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth loan processing. Maintain high quality, accuracy, and adherence to SLAs.
