With a mission to deliver world-classInstrumentation, Automation, and Electrical solutionswith precision, quality, and efficiency, the company is known for its technical excellence and customer-centric approach.Job Summary TheHead of Operationswill be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all facets of the company’s operations—fromproject execution, engineering, procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing to installation, commissioning, and payments . This role demands strong leadership, operational strategy, and project execution capabilities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality turnkey projects and continuous process improvement.Key Responsibilities Strategic & Operational Management Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead planning and end-to-end execution of turnkey projects. Manage the entire project lifecycle:design, procurement, cash flow, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and handover . Project & Process Oversight Simultaneously manage multiple complex projects from start to finish. Set and track KPIs, monitor progress, timelines, and cost-efficiency. Implementlean manufacturingandcontinuous improvementmethodologies. Identify risks early and implement contingency plans as needed. Team Leadership Lead and mentor cross-functional teams inengineering, production, procurement, and services . Build high-performance teams and foster a culture ofaccountability, ownership, and innovation . Ensure seamless coordination betweensales, design, finance , and operations teams. Client & Vendor Coordination Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Negotiate vendor contracts for best pricing and timely delivery. Act as the primary escalation point for customer concerns during project execution. Quality & Compliance Ensure compliance withindustry standards, safety regulations , and company policies. Uphold the highest standards ofquality and reliabilityin all deliverables.Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree inEngineering (Instrumentation or Electrical preferred) . 15–20 years of experience inoperations managementwithinautomation, industrial engineering, or turnkey project environments . Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale automation projects. Strong technical knowledge ofPLC/SCADA systems, electrical systems, process automation, and turnkey execution . Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills. Proficiency inERP systems , lean methodologies, and project management tools.
