Job Description SummaryWe are Seeking a seasonedChartered Accountant and MBA (Finance)with over 18 years of experience in treasury, cash flow management, audits, taxation, and financial reporting forour client in the commercial real estate industry.Proven expertise in budgeting, project evaluation, and funding assessments, with strong leadership in driving compliance and process improvements. Skilled in developing high-performing teams and implementing robust financial controls across multi-location operations. Strategic, analytical, and results driven professional with excellent communication and decision-making abilities. Primary Job responsibilities • Ensure timely availability of funds at optimum cost, manage debt servicing, and oversee banking, treasury, and cash flow operations. • Manage internal audit, statutory compliance, taxation, and finalization of accounts, including internal and external audits. • Support management in key decisions such as pricing, project evaluation, and funding assessments. • Prepare cash flow projections, budgets, and financial reports, and present analyses in monthly, quarterly, and annual management reviews. • Supervise billing, collections, and outstanding monitoring to optimize revenue and minimize overdue amounts. • Drive process improvements, quality initiatives, and ISO 9001:2000 certification through continuous evaluation and modification. • Oversee manpower forecasting, budgeting, performance planning, and target setting across all-India operations. • Lead and develop senior finance managers to ensure effective implementation of corporate financial strategy, governance, and compliance with all regulations. Pre-requisites •Qualified Finance Professional: Chartered Accountant (CA) and MBA in Finance with over 18 years of relevant experience. •Leadership & Ownership:Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams; takes initiative and ownership to achieve organizational objectives. •Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills:Fluent in written and verbal communication with strong presentation, negotiation, and collaboration abilities. •Analytical & Results-Driven:Skilled in problem-solving, analysis, and time management; performs effectively under pressure with a positive, self-motivated attitude.
