The Director - Transformation for Source to Pay (S2P) will lead the strategic transformation initiatives across the Source to Pay process, leveraging advanced tools and technologies such as LenAI, Power BI, E-Invoicing Tool, EBS - Oracle R12, and the APEX Supplier Onboarding tool. Drive digital transformation by developing and implementing innovative technologies and automation solutions across the S2P lifecycle. Deliver operational efficiencies through process improvements and best practice adoption. Manage multiple transformation projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery. Lead change management initiatives to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies. Integrate and connect sourcing, contracting, purchasing, accounts payable, payments, supplier management, and vendor lifecycle management processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including country heads, to ensure cohesive transformation efforts and secure buy-in for new implementations. Work hands-on at the ground level to identify challenges, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement. Manage multiple priorities effectively while striving for best-in-class performance metrics. Operate independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong ownership and accountability.What you need to have : Minimum 15+ years of experience in Source to Pay process management, transformation, or related roles. At least 4 years in a transformation role. At least 8 years in S2P operations. Good exposure to Oracle EBS R12. In-depth knowledge of S2P components including sourcing, contracting, purchasing, accounts payable, payments, supplier management, and vendor lifecycle management. Proven track record in process and digital transformation, operational efficiency, and technology development. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate and influence country heads and senior leaders to gain buy-in for new initiatives. Ability to work hands-on and independently with minimal hand-holding. Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.What Makes you stand out: Experience working with third-party BPO providers.
