German Analyst

Job Summary: The German Language Analyst will be responsible for supporting business operations by handling German-language data, communication, and documentation. The role involves analyzing, and interpreting business information while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. The analyst will serve as a bridge between German-speaking stakeholders and internal teams in India. Key Responsibilities: Review, interpret, and translate German-language documents, emails, and reports into English (and vice versa) with high accuracy. Communicate with German-speaking clients, vendors, or internal stakeholders to resolve queries or gather information. Perform data validation, analysis, and entry tasks in ERP/CRM tools (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, etc.). Support business operations such as order processing, vendor management, or financial documentation as required. Ensure that service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards are consistently met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency. Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in all communications and documentation. Provide linguistic and cultural insights to ensure smooth communication with German counterparts. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Arts, Commerce, or Business). Language Proficiency: German Language Certification — B1 or higher Strong command of written and spoken English. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with ERP tools (SAP preferred). Soft Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Preferred Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a similar role involving German language support (e.g., Shared Services, BPO, Procurement, or Customer Service).
