Job Title: Sales / Business Development executivesPositions - 2 Experience level 2 to 4/ 5 years Location Pune Work timings – standard India timeSAP & AI Services are focusJob Description - Drive revenue growth by selling SAP Solutions and services – particularly SAP S/4HANA (RISE & GROW) Projects Implementations, Migrations, Managed services and consulting services. Selling SAP BTP and AI services. Act as a trusted advisor to customers on their digital transformation journey.Job Profile – Key Roles and Responsibilities1.Sales Strategy & Solution selling Develop and execute a territory/account plan to achieve Sales objectives. Identify key industries and target accounts for RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, BTP, Managed services and AI offerings. Highlight end-to-end Digital transformation use cases (finance, supply chain, HR, procurement, etc.).2.Customer Engagement & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (C-level, IT, and business leaders). Act as a strategic advisor to customers by understanding their challenges, digital maturity, and transformation goals. Lead solution discovery sessions and product demos in collaboration with Pre-Sales.3 .Pipeline Management & Forecasting Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities. Use CRM tools (HubSpot) for accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility. Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → proposal → closure.4 .Market & Product Knowledge RISE with SAP & GROW with SAP offerings SAP BTP services: Integration Suite, Extension Suite, Data & Analytics AI/ML capabilities and industry-specific use cases Understand competitive landscape at market place.
