Job Title: Business Development Executive / Account Manager Experience Range: 5–8 years (BDE) | 10+ years (Account Manager) Location: (Pune /Bangalore Department: Sales & Business Development Industry: Product Engineering / Consulting Services Role Overview We are seeking a highly driven professional to lead business growth and client engagement initiatives within our Product Engineering and Consulting Services practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital transformation, software development, and consulting-led solutioning, with a proven ability to convert opportunities into long-term strategic relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in product engineering and consulting domains. Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level decision-makers and key stakeholders. Understand client business goals and challenges to position appropriate engineering and consulting solutions. Drive end-to-end sales cycles — from prospecting, proposal creation, negotiations, and closure. Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and solution teams to craft customized proposals and presentations. Manage revenue forecasts, pipeline tracking, and business reporting. Maintain deep market intelligence and competitive insights across target industries. For the Account Manager role (10+ yrs): Lead strategic account planning, cross-sell and up-sell initiatives, and ensure client satisfaction and retention. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. 5–8 years (BDE) or 10+ years (Account Manager) of experience in business development or account management in product engineering, IT services, or consulting sectors. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving new revenue streams. Strong understanding of software product lifecycle, digital transformation, and emerging technology solutions. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience working with global clients across US, Europe, or APAC markets is highly desirable. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
