Designation : Associate Product Manager Location : WFO – Pune Mode :  Full time Key Responsibilities Integrations Management Drive integrations with leading HR tech ecosystems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, MS Teams, Slack, etc.). Define integration requirements, map data flows, and work with engineering to ensure high scalability and interoperability. Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders to manage end-to-end integration lifecycles.  Conversational Platform Development Shape and enhance the AI-powered conversational layer that drives employee interaction. Collaborate with data science teams to fine-tune conversational intelligence and response quality. Leverage analytics to continuously improve the conversational UX and personalization. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality releases on time. Support go-to-market, training, and adoption initiatives in partnership with marketing and customer success teams. Analytics & Continuous Improvement Define success metrics and measure feature adoption and engagement. Use qualitative and quantitative data to drive prioritization and iteration decisions. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in Product Management preferably in SaaS or HR Tech domains. B.E. in Computer Science or related field + MBA (preferred in Product Management, Technology Management, or AI specialization ) Strong technical acumen — you understand APIs, data models at a conceptual level. Exposure to AI/ML concepts, especially in conversational AI or NLP-based applications. Experience collaborating with engineering teams on integrations or platform products. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a bias for action.
