The role involves assisting with the implementation of SAP Business One solutions, coordinating with clients, understanding their business processes, and providing technical support. Day-to-day tasks include gathering business requirements, configuring the system, conducting training sessions, and troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth operations for clients. Qualifications BE Mechanical, First Class though out Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies Experience with SAP Business One or other ERP systems is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word Commitment to providing excellent customer service
