Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance, fostering an engaging culture, and aligning people strategy with business objectives. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Drive end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles in Sales, Operations, and Marketing. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies. Oversee onboarding, induction, and smooth transition of new hires. 2. Employee Relations & Engagement Build a positive, transparent, and high-performing culture. Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution with maturity and discretion. Plan and execute engagement activities, R&R programs, and internal communication initiatives. 3. Performance Management Lead the goal-setting and appraisal process, ensuring timely completion and fairness. Support managers with performance feedback and capability building. Implement improvement plans and retention strategies for high-potential employees. 4. HR Operations & Compliance Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management. Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. 5. Learning & Development Identify skill gaps and training needs across departments. Coordinate external and internal learning programs to upskill employees. 6. Strategy & Leadership Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth. Provide data-driven insights and HR metrics to management. Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field. 6–10 years of HR experience, preferably in marketing, media, or BPO industries. Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and performance management. Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
