About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Executive who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment across business functions. This is an individual contributor role focused on hiring quality talent efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced D2C/eCommerce environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for open roles across various departments (Marketing, Operations, Finance, CX, etc.) Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align on hiring strategy Draft and publish JDs on relevant platforms Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other relevant channels Conduct screening calls, assess fitment, and coordinate interviews Own the interview process, scheduling, and communication end-to-end Ensure strong candidate experience and timely closure of open positions Maintain and update internal hiring trackers. Share regular updates with internal stakeholders on hiring progress Collaborate with external agencies when required for niche or volume roles Requirements: 2-5 years of strong Talent Acquisition experience with full-cycle recruitment ownership Prior experience in a D2C or eCommerce environment is highly preferred Proven ability to manage multiple roles and deliver closures independently Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc. Excellent communication and coordination skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth setup Nice to Have: Exposure to hiring across business.
