Business Development Manager – New Logo Acquisition (US, UAE and India) Location: Nagpur / Pune Experience Required: 7+ Years Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (Hunter Role) to drive new logo acquisition across US, UAE and India markets . This role is focused on identifying, pursuing, and converting net-new clients into long-term partnerships. As part of our core leadership-facing team, you will work closely with the CEO and CTO to shape go-to-market strategies, build a strong client base, and expand our global footprint. Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end new business acquisition with a focus on new logo wins in India, US, and UAE. Develop and execute prospecting strategies to identify and qualify potential clients. Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers , build relationships, and drive consultative sales discussions. Collaborate with internal teams (presales, delivery, and technical experts) to design and deliver client-focused solutions. Represent the company at domestic and international conferences, industry forums, and networking events . Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline , ensuring consistent achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets . Provide regular market insights and competitor intelligence to refine sales strategies. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in business development, sales hunting, or enterprise account acquisition , with a proven track record of new logo wins. Strong experience in selling to India and international markets (US/UAE preferred) . Demonstrated ability to build relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and close complex, high-value deals . Hands-on expertise in lead generation, prospecting, and new client acquisition . Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills . Comfortable with business travel and representing the company at international forums. Experience in IT / Software / Technology services sales is strongly preferred.
