Last year we grew by more than 50+ motivated team members.*Key responsibilities :-*• Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with real estate developers, representing our company and its services.• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with developers and key stakeholders.• Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for mandates and stay updated on industry trends.• Act as the face of our company during meetings, presentations, and events, ensuring a professional and positive image is conveyed.• Lead negotiations with developers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.• Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, progress, and results.*Qualifications :-*• 1+ years of experience in business development.• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.• In-depth understanding of the real estate market, particularly in the mandate segment.• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
