Roles and Responsibilities • Identify and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events. Focus on B2B prospects. • Build and maintain a clean and up-to-date database of leads and prospects, ensuring accurate contact information and detailed records. • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies. • Analyse and report on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement. • Continuously monitor and adapt to industry trends and leading practices in lead generation. • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research to understand the target markets in the US, UK, and Australia. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences. • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines. Requirements and Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred). • 2-5 Years of Experience in Lead Generation • Proven experience as a BDE with a track record of generating leads in the US, UK, and Australia markets. • Strong knowledge of the demographics and business landscape in these regions. • Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software. • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently. • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and strategies.
