Hardware Procurement Specialist

Join Verdantas – A Top #ENR 81 Firm, We are seeking a motivated Physical Asset Procurement Specialist to manage our company’s hardware and service procurements. This role involves strategizing to find cost-effective deals, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that all physical asset purchases align with business goals and budget constraints .Key Responsibilitie sAnalyze organizational assets needs and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors .Research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers .Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure favorable terms .Procure and manage IT-related hardware and assets .Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and invoices .Resolve supplier issues, disputes and invoicing concerns .Develop and implement procurement strategies and cost-saving initiatives .Qualification sBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT, or related field is preferred (or 5+ years’ experience in a similar role) .Proven experience in IT procurement, vendor management, or sourcing .Strong negotiation and analytical skills .Excellent communication and organizational skills .Knowledge of IT hardware, products and services .Preferred Skill sStrategic thinking and decision-making .Self-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment .Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, finance, and operations .Understanding of procurement laws and compliance standards .Experience working in ServiceNow (HAM) is a plus .
