We are specifically looking for someone with strong experience in the mutual fund distribution business, ideally already managing or having access to a significant AUM (₹50 crore+). Along with leveraging their own network, the co-founder will also help convert ’s growing base of app users and leads into active investors. This is not a salaried sales role, but a co-founder position with equity alignment. Role Description We are looking for a Co-Founder with strong experience in the mutual fund distribution/wealth management space who can drive business growth through AUM acquisition and client conversions. This is not a salaried position it is an equity-based co-founder role for someone ready to build the next big wealth-tech story in India. This is not just a role, it’s an opportunity to shape the future of one of India’s next big fintech platforms. What You’ll Do Lead business development and AUM growth, leveraging both your network and ’s app-based lead flow. Drive client acquisition and conversions across HNIs, NRIs, and corporate entities. Partner with the founding team to design and implement scalable sales and distribution strategies. Forge B2B and institutional partnerships to expand reach. Represent as a co-founder at key industry and investor forums. Contribute to fundraising and long-term strategy alongside the founding team. Who You Are Deep background in mutual fund distribution, AMC sales, or wealth management. Already managing or able to influence AUM migration/portfolio transfer. Strong network of HNIs, NRIs, corporates, or distribution partners. Entrepreneurial mindset—excited by an equity-driven co-founder opportunity rather than a salaried job. Proven track record of scaling investments or client portfolios.
