Role-Business Development Executive (BDE) Experience – 5 to 10 years Industry Type - Automobile Functional AreaSales & Business Development Employment Type - Full Time, Permanent Role Category - BD / Pre Sales Education UG - B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Production Job Description-  Growing business through business acquisition with current Customer and by addition of new customers.  RFQ Management, Costing, Negotiation to be done to acquire the business  Diversification in different sectors.  Identifying new revenue opportunities and diversification.  Building business relationships with current and potential clients  Developing and executing marketing and business development strategies to grow business  Maintaining and updating marketing and business development documentation  Assisting with marketing and promotional projects  Collaborating with management on sales growth goals  Support the team with other responsibilities as required Competence-  Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power point)  Costing  Negotiation  Ability to prioritize tasks  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Strong organizational and time management skills  Ability to work under pressure  Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality  Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people  Ability to work well in a team environment  Experience in Plastic Molding business  Exposure to Auto and Non-Auto companies. Skills-  Negotiation  Interpersonal communication.  Costing
