We are seeking a driven and detail orientedBusiness Development Associateto join our growing team and play a key role in shaping high-precision, mission-critical systems for the semiconductor industry.Job location : Pune | MumbaiResponsibilities : Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities with semiconductor fabs, PV solar manufacturers, and high-tech clients. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and projects, tracking progress through CRM tools. Build and manage strong client relationships, acting as the key contact for strategic accounts. Collaborate with project and technical teams to ensure alignment of business proposals with execution capability Analyze market trends, industry reports, and competitor activity to inform business development strategy Represent DDE UHP at industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking forums to build visibility and partnerships. Review client RFPs, coordinate with design and engineering teams, and prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and bids. Provide periodic reports on business development performance, forecasts, and strategic insights.Qualifications and Skills : Bachelor ’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field 6+ years of experience in mechanical or process system design, preferably in the semiconductor industry Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD software, especially Autodesk Inventor Knowledge of industry standards and regulations for ultra-high purity process utilities Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team Team-oriented and collaborative; exceptional listening skills and ability to manage through influence Exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity, with a visionary and innovative mindset Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English
