ERP Senior Functional Analyst - Supply

Job DescriptionAs part of the ERP/SAP application team you would be responsible to work with the Supply Operations to translate the needs into functional requirements which can be taken forward effectively by the technical team. You should be able to create the design at a level of detail which enables a developer to execute the configuration and the development in SAP.You should have a good functional knowledge on SAP WM/EWM and its integration with SAP MM/PP/QM/SD and be able to exploit the best use of these modules to meet the business need in the most effective, efficient and sustainable way. You will drive overall leadership for the delivery of the enhancements and maintenance of the existing applications in Agile and DevOps methodologies.According to your experience, strengths and business needs, you will conduct some of the following tasks:Be actively involved in the user story preparation, solution conceptualization for changes as well as project implementationsOwn incident, change delivery while working in Agile/DevOps environmentProvide solution, design, configuration and testing, be able participate in design activities and gap analysisDemonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with IT & business stakeholdersAssisting in defining the scope of a project/opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelinesAnalyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimizationRelevant skills & experienceWell-qualified professional with 6+ years of experience in SAP LE-WM/EWM/MM implementation / rollout / support preferably in Chemical/Process/Agri industriesA minimum of 2 full cycle of SAP WM implementation experience. Or 1 cycle          Strong solution know-how in ECC & S/4 Logistics (WM) & LE Shipping such as WM Master Data, Inbound / Outbound delivery processing, Picking and Put-away strategies, Transfer Orders, Cycle Counts, Inventory reconciliation, Shipping and Transportation Management, Mobile Data Entry and RF units, Physical Inventory, RF Transactions, HU/SU Management, Transportation Units, Production & Quality IntegrationExpertise in Configuration of SAP Warehouse Management (WM): Warehouse structure in WMExperience in Integration of WM with MM/SD/PP/QM modulesExperienced in Testing (Unit Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Integration Testing), End User training, Final preparation, Go-Live, and project supportSound understanding of Master Data, Functional and Document Data, integration between SAP & Third-Party Warehouse and Logistics (3PL) systems is added advantageGood knowledge of I-docs and good understanding of Custom Fiori Apps is a plus.Be able to support and challenge the Partners (Vendors) on quotation of Change efforts, Oversee and support the development of the solution, Validate the functionality as per business needs, support testing and User trainingSound understanding & experience of ITIL process & tool, exposure to SNOW/JIRA etc.General Experience and Prerequisites Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problemsExcellent verbal and written communication skills around issues, managing escalations, opportunitiesAbility to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with cross domain teams at global levelsAbility to work under pressure & multitasking environmentAble to understand lean, Agile, DevOps conceptsSuccessful in solving new challenges and gaps; to meet the business requirementsExperience in client facing and managing outsourced partnersA Team player with a collaborative attitude, proactive and ability to work under pressureExperience of working with stakeholders from multiple regions/countriesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Additional InformationNote: Syngenta is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in recruitment, hiring, training, promotion or any other employment practices for reasons of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital or veteran status, disability, or any other legally protected status. Follow us on: LinkedInLI page  -
