Job Title: Tr Transaction Processing Officer Work Location: Tower IV, Upper Ground Floor-Level 1 and 3, Cybercity, Magarpattacity, Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra (Work from Office) Shift time: Mut be flexible enough for day, night or rotating shift Job Description: Processing tasks assigned as per defined process SLA and providing solutions within the timelines. Meeting individual KRAs through productivity, accuracy, product knowledge, and schedule adherence. Understanding client requirement and resolving queries through emails. Adhering to company ’s compliances and policies. Completely work from office Requirements Looking for recent graduates in accounting field Good communication skills (Written & Verbal) ·Good Analytical, logical, and reasoning skills. Must have basic skills in usage of MS word and MS excel. ·Good keyboard skills need to be able to toggle between many screens with speed and must be able to type with 30WPM and 90% accuracy. Must be willing to work in flexible shifts, multitask and be adaptable to change. Self-starter with an ability to work in a team environment. Must be able to handle the stress and pressure of SLAs. Candidate must be an Indian citizen. Candidate should not have any backlog for participating in the hiring process. Candidate must have good communication skills. Must be willing to work in any of Mphasis' operating locations. Candidate must be flexible to work in any shift as per business requirement.
