Event Planner - Kids Birthday Event

Role Overview: As part of the kids’ events team, you will support our Dubai-based category manager in managing birthday event inquiries. You’ll help planners by curating packages, coordinating with entertainment, décor, and kids’ venues, and keeping supplier data updated. This role ensures exciting and well-organized kids’ party experiences. Roles & Responsibilities: ● Curate birthday packages by coordinating with kids’ venues, entertainers, and decorators. ● Maintain an updated database of kids’ event suppliers (venues, magicians, mascots, inflatables, décor, etc.). ● Support planners with creative ideas and supplier suggestions tailored to children’s events. ● Track inquiries, quotations, and confirmations in CRM. ● Assist in preparing proposals and supplier shortlists for planners. Key Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or Event Management (1–4 years of experience). ● Prior experience working in kids’ venues, birthday events, or children’s entertainment is highly preferred. ● Strong communication and organizational skills. ● Fluent in English & Hindi; Arabic/Tagalog is a plus. ● Proficiency in CRM tools and vendor management systems.
