Sr. Business Systems Analyst - SAP

Description Your Role...Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials (focus on FICO - Controlling – Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead Assessment, and Settlement.)Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document financial support requirements.Collaborate with business teams and SMEs to collect business requirements in support of projects.Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary SAP configurations to resolve problems and implement improvements in financial processing.Design, customize, configure, and test FI/CO functional processes.Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.Act as liaison between users and development team to troubleshoot, investigate, analyze, and solve SAP process issues.Document functional designs, test cases and results.Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.Support both new implementations and existing support projects.Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.Work independently; may act as subject matter mentor to junior team members and business SME’s.Design, develop, test, and deploy custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms in the SAP system, conduct unit testing.Write detailed functional specifications for ABAP developers.Debug ABAP code and resolve issues as required.Your Profile..B.S. degree in business, accounting, computer science, or related field.5+ years of experience in full cycle support projects and implementations.5+ years of SAP experience supporting General Ledger including several of the following functions: , , , , , , Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like MM, PP, IM/WM, SD/SM/PS, and PM.Experience in AMS/support environment is a plus.Understanding of accounting business processes is necessary.Ability to write detailed functional specifications for ABAP developers.Strong understanding of SAP FI, CO, and Tax modules.Experience with change control processes and validation desired. What we offerA unique opportunity to become part of growing organization in India being part of a global market leader in Xray imaging components.Excellent development potentialAn international work environment with global teams collaborating on various projects across several countries.Competitive compensation package including participation in Varex incentive plansCorporate Health BenefitsAdditional benefits will be added as we growTime Type:Full timeJob Type:RegularWork Shift:N/APay Rate Type:Salary
