The company is based in Pune, India, and has a government-approved R&D setup. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Payroll and Compliance located in Pune. The role involves managing all aspects of payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, and maintaining compliance with statutory regulations. Additional responsibilities include preparing financial reports related to payroll, addressing employee inquiries regarding payroll issues, and collaborating with the finance team to ensure alignment with financial policies and procedures. Qualifications Skills in Payroll Processing and Statutory Compliance Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in payroll software Bachelor's degree Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
