Role Description Human Resources in the real estate sector, includes responsibilities like recruiting, onboarding, and retaining specialized talent for roles such as sales agents and property managers, developing and implementing HR policies, managing compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry regulations, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The role requires strong skills in talent acquisition, employee relations, strategic HR planning, and a deep understanding of the fast-paced real estate market and its specific legal requirements.  Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Management : Source and recruit candidates for real estate positions (sales, leasing, property management, development).  Develop talent pipelines for future real estate roles.  Conduct interviews and ensure candidates meet licensing requirements and possess relevant skills.  Manage the entire recruitment process from screening to onboarding and offboarding.  Employee Relations & Development : Foster a constructive work environment and manage employee relations issues.  Implement performance management systems and identify training needs.  Oversee employee motivation, engagement, and retention initiatives. Compensation & Benefits : Manage compensation structures and benefits programs for employees.  HR Operations & Analytics : Administer HR Information Systems (HRIS) and maintain accurate employee records.  Provide data-driven decision-making support to management through HR analytics.  Assist with HR department budget monitoring.  Required Skills & Qualifications Experience :  Minimum of 3 years in HR, with experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in real estate. Soft Skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.  Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.  Collaborative mindset and ability to build strong working relationships.  Robust recruiting skills and an entrepreneurial approach.  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.  Industry Knowledge : Understanding of real estate market trends, regulations, and legal guidelines.  Knowledge of property management, leasing, and development principles.
