Located in Pune MIDC Industrial Area, Dyna-K operates two plants with a combined 52,000 sq. ft. of workshop space. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Human Resources Manager, located in Pune. The Plant Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR-related activities, including Manpower Planning and Remuneration, Statutory compliances & Industrial Relations, Training and Development . The role also involves implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, handling disciplinary actions, and ensuring a positive workplace culture. Qualifications * Experience only from IATF certificate company from Pune  *Contract management experience must of >300 + contract employees with experience in manufacturing company only. (Stamping preferred)  *Mandatory proven direct responsibility handled of all HR statutory responsibilities . (No consultant employed by company )  * Mandatory experience in recruitment through NAPs NATs schemes  Preference for HR graduate +post grad courses * Fluent in Hindi Marathi and English. *Good command over writing in English for official documentation and correspondence * Mandatory experience in HR functions in the IATF Audit and ISO 14000 Audit
