Junior Recruitment Operations Specialist

We are looking for Junior Recruitment Assistant to join our Shared Service Recruitment Team. If you are at the beginning of your career, have 6- 12 months of experience with data updating tasks and ensuring data quality, then this offer is for you! You will be responsible for reviewing applications and entering the data of these candidates in the database. We will provide you with full support during the implementation process and throughout the cooperation. Your tasks: Selection of incoming job applications from our job ads Register and update candidates in the CRM database according to our standards Ensure that every candidate who signs up for offering Sii is registered and contributes to our candidate base Work closely with our Regional Manager in Sii Pune regarding the prioritization of candidate registrations Keep constant contact and cooperation with the Shared Service Recruitment team located in Poland Requirements: 6-12 months of professional experience, preferably in the area of data entry in the field of HR or recruitment Communicative knowledge of English Attention to details Ability to organize your work on your own Willingness to work in 100% from the Pune office
