Position Focus We are seeking a seasoned and strategic General Finance Manager to lead financial operations across multiple manufacturing plants. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial controlling, compliance, and strategic planning, with a proven track record of managing large-scale business operations (₹2,000–3,000 crore). This role demands strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence top management through data-driven insights. Job Description Financial Controlling & Reporting, MIS Lead financial operations across Western/Northern Region plants Responsible for the Financial Performance / Balance Sheet Reviews of plants in scope Strongly drive preparation / adherence of Annual Budgets, Rolling Forecasts, Weekly Assessments, R&O’s Exercise effective budgetary control on Op Ex / Cap EX Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Drive cost control initiatives and operational efficiency across locations Domain expertise on US GAAP and India GAAP standards Oversee MIS reporting and ensure alignment with both US GAAP and India GAAP standards Exercise strong control on FCF, Assessment of Cash in-flow/out-flows Costing / CAPEX Drive Costing initiatives in the plants. Overview of product profitability calculations and presentation to management Prepare / Review business cases for Make vs. Buy / New CAPEX evaluation Compliance, Internal Control, Audits Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and internal control frameworks Implement the Global financial control systems and procedures Develop and implement robust internal control systems, ensuring the integrity of financial data and safeguarding company assets Manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure and compliance Strategic Finance & Business Partnering Provide / Review database to support strategic decision-making Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and drive business performance Present financial reports and recommendations to executive leadership and global stakeholders Leadership Skill Sets Excellent Leadership skill to lead team of 10-15 team Excellent Communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Driving synergies and constantly prioritize the efforts based on risk and opportunity creation within the region Experience & Education Qualified Chartered Accountant with 15-20 years of experience in Automotive/Manufacturing industry. Must be at Leadership role for min 3-5years Strong leadership and team management capabilities Exposure to global reporting standards and cross-cultural leadership Deep understanding of manufacturing finance, plant operations, and cost structures Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills High integrity and commitment to compliance and governance Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment Travel 10%
