You may please visit the Role - Business Intelligence Location - PAN INDIA Experience: 4- 7 Years Mode of Work - Remote Shift - Night Shift (5:30pm IST to 2:30am IST) Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days maxJD Mandate skills- Min 3+years experience Strong knowledge of BI tools ( Power BIand Tableau) Experience in Excel Knowledge in SQL and data modeling concepts.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities • Team Leadership & Management • Supervise, mentor, and develop BI analysts and specialists. • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of reports and dashboards. • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the BI team. • Data Strategy & Analytics • Oversee the development and maintenance of BI solutions (dashboards, reports, KPIs). • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all BI outputs. • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into BI solutions. • Monitor industry trends and best practices in BI and analytics. • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management • Partner with business leaders, operations, finance, and other teams to identify reporting needs. • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support decision-making. • Act as a point of escalation for BI-related issues or requests. • System & Process Management • Oversee BI tools and platforms, ensuring proper usage, optimization, and troubleshooting. • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards. • Drive automation and process improvements in reporting and data management.Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). • Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field. • Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role. • Strong knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, etc.). • Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.Key Competencies • Leadership and people management • Analytical and critical thinking • Strong business acumen • Technical expertise in BI and data visualization • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement • Continuous improvement mindsetNote - Interested candidate can share CV on Vivek.kaul@
