Job Title: Success & Insights Manager Location: PuneThe Role: We’re looking for a Success & Insights Manager who thrives on conversations. Your mission: help customers and prospects succeed — and bring back the insights that make Tuskr better every day. Responsibilities Work with prospects: Understand their testing challenges, explore the tools they use, and show how Tuskr can help. Work with customers: Learn how they use Tuskr, uncover gaps, gather industry insights, and build strong relationships that drive adoption and retention. Bring back insights: Research independently (e.g., how industries like hardware or medtech approach testing), analyze competitor products, gather references and networks, and share feedback with the product team to influence roadmap and growth. Be on the ground: Visit customers and prospects in person when needed. Must Have At least 1 year in a client-facing role (Customer Success, Sales, Presales, or similar). Strong communication skills — listening, asking the right questions, and explaining clearly. An aptitude for quickly understanding popular SaaS tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Jira, ) and connecting them to customer challenges. Resourceful mindset — no spoon-feeding here; you should be able to dig into docs, ChatGPT, industry practices, or customer references to figure things out. Willingness to travel for customer visits.
