Desired Candidate Profile: Overall experince of 15+ years of experience, with a expertise in Business Analysis within the Asset Management/ Capital Markets industry Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio management, fund operations, and asset servicin g Proven track record in stakeholder management and agile delivery at scale. Strong people leadership, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills. Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, and MS Office suite Key Responsibilities: Build and scale the Business Analysis function to support growth and strategic priorities.
