Job Title          :           Sr Manager – Corporate Services (Business Development) Company        :           EstateHub Location          :           Pune Job Type         :           Full-time CTC : INR 12 lakhs - 15 Lakhs (INR 6 - 9 Lakhs Fixed) About the Role EstateHub seeks a dynamic Sr Manager – Corporate Services  to drive business growth through strategic client acquisition, market intelligence, and transaction leadership. You will spearhead revenue generation via leasing/sales, cultivate investor/landlord relationships, and leverage deep real estate expertise to achieve ambitious targets. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Revenue Generation ·      Identify and convert new opportunities through proactive outreach (cold calls, meetings, networking) ·      Develop/execute client acquisition strategies for target markets/industries ·      Close leasing/sales transactions through structured negotiations ·      Achieve and exceed revenue targets to earn uncapped, high incentives Market Intelligence & Database Management ·      Conduct comprehensive market analysis (demand/supply, absorption, vacancy, economic drivers) ·      Build/maintain detailed property database (floor plans, specs, pricing, availability, valuations) ·      Ensure monthly coverage of market movements and stakeholder engagement Client & Stakeholder Management ·      Nurture relationships with investors, landlords, and developers ·      Advise clients on transactions, valuations, and marketing strategies ·      Conduct property inspections and present tailored offers Operational Excellence ·      Execute regional business plans and budgets ·      Ensure timely follow-up on contractual deliverables (payments, handovers) ·      Optimize systems/processes for internal/external stakeholders ·      Drive knowledge sharing and innovative solutions Qualifications ·      Education : Postgraduate in Marketing/Finance/Real Estate (MBA preferred) ·      Experience : 3-7 years in B2B business development ·      Critical Skills : o  Proven success in leasing/sales transactions and revenue generation o  Strong negotiation, client management, and cold-calling proficiency o  Strategic planning and database management capabilities o  Mindset: Results-driven, proactive, and opportunity-focused Why Join Us? ·      Lucrative uncapped incentives  for exceeding targets ·      Lead high-impact transactions in India’s dynamic real estate market ·      Access premium market intelligence and exclusive industry networks ·      Professional development and cross-functional leadership opportunities
