Job Title: Data Analyst (6+ Years) – BFSI Domain Location - Pune/Nagpur (WFO) Experience - 6+Years About the Role We are looking for a seasoned Data Analyst to work with one of the leading BFSI players . The ideal candidate brings strong Loans / Retail Banking domain expertise along with hands-on skills in SQL, Reporting, and Datawarehousing concepts . This is a client-facing role where you will drive insights that shape key business decisions. Key Responsibilities Analyze loan and retail banking data to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities. Design and execute SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data. Develop and maintain reports & dashboards for business stakeholders. Apply datawarehousing concepts to ensure reliable and efficient data structures. Partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into actionable analytics. Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, compelling way. Must-Have Skills & Experience 6+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics. Strong Loans / Retail Banking domain knowledge . Hands-on expertise in SQL (querying, optimization, debugging). Solid understanding of Reporting concepts and tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar). Knowledge of Datawarehousing concepts (ETL, schema design, fact/dimension tables, etc.). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice-to-Have Experience working directly with BFSI clients. Exposure to advanced analytics, visualization, or automation tools. Why Join Us?
