Role Description Our client, an European Aerospace OEM is looking for an Business Operations Manager for their Engineering Centre in Pune Missions This is a full-time on-site role. The candidate will be able to handle a multifold of skills. We are looking for a candidate who can manage day to day operations as well as oversee the technical output of the Engineering Centre. This includes managing workloads, planning for future activities, ensuring compliance with corporate norms, managing costs, ensuring that MIS reporting is timely and accurate, preparing weekly KPIs for all divisions functioning at the Engineering Centre and overseeing the entire operations of the Centre. Qualifications and experience • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience; preferably in engineering software development or managing a team of highly qualified technical experts • Master’s degree in Engineering; • Excellent communication abilities; • Ability to handle multiple subjects at one time. • Ability to report to multiple departments (matrix organization) Knowledge of French is a definite advantage.
