The Role: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance, legal, compliance, and commercial functions across the group. The CFO will be responsible for strategic financial planning, investor relations, risk management, and operational efficiency while driving growth, profitability, and corporate governance. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader with a proven track record in IT/Services companies, who can drive both organic and inorganic growth initiatives, including capital markets and IPO preparation Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for IT services and group entities. Achieve >10% improvement in forecast accuracy using advanced analytics and automation. Provide real-time financial insights to support decision-making in a dynamic services environment. 2. Capital Structure & Treasury Management Optimize capital allocation to support expansion projects, M&A, and digital transformation initiatives. Secure cost-efficient financing, targeting a 15–20% reduction in financing costs. Maintain liquidity with >95% cash flow forecast accuracy. 3. Risk Management, Governance & Compliance Implement robust internal controls and risk frameworks tailored to IT services contracts (credit, FX, interest rate). Ensure 100% compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and IT services-related statutory requirements. Oversee legal, regulatory filings, and contract management with vendors, clients, and partners. 4. Operational Efficiency & Process Excellence Standardize finance processes across payroll, billing cycles, AR/AP, and cost control. Drive ERP-based automation (SAP/Oracle/Workday) to cut reporting cycles by 20%. Partner with IT operations for project profitability tracking and cost optimization. 5. Revenue Growth, Cost & Margin Management Increase group revenues by 12–15% YoY through strategic pricing and business support. Improve net profit margins by 15–20% through cost rationalization and margin optimization. Lead profitability reviews of IT services projects to identify new revenue streams. 6. Investor Relations & IPO Readiness Build and execute a strong investor relations strategy. Prepare the company for IPO readiness including governance, compliance, and reporting frameworks. Engage with external advisors, bankers, and investors for capital market positioning. 7. Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership Act as the financial voice of the company with banks, auditors, investors, and regulatory authorities. Partner with delivery, sales, and procurement teams to ensure aligned financial and operational strategies. Mentor, lead, and scale high-performing finance, legal, and compliance teams across the group. Key Skills & Experience Required: · Chartered Accountant (CA). · 12–15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in the services sector. · Proven expertise in investor relations and IPO readiness. · Strong knowledge of corporate finance, legal compliance, risk management, and regulations. · Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent). · Outstanding stakeholder management, strategic vision, and communication skills.
